SteraClean is an alcoholic antiseptic hand gel with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against pathogenic microorganisms and bacteria. NanoPhos formulate it with 75% isopropanol, glycerin and 0.125% hydrogen peroxide — a composition recommended by the World Health Organization (type 2) — so it disinfects and hydrates in one step, for use wherever an immediate, water-free hand antiseptic is needed. The composition is mild enough for sensitive skin and is designed for high-frequency professional use, including as a surgical hand antiseptic. NanoPhos state that it is approved by EOF, the Greek National Organisation for Medicines, and that it meets the requirements of ISO EN 1276:2019 (bactericidal activity), ISO EN 1650:2019 (fungicidal and yeasticidal activity) and ISO EN 14476:2013+A2:2019 (virucidal activity in the medical area).
