Application Ideal for interior and exterior building surfaces, such as cement, walls, plasterboard, plaster, concrete and bricks. Surfa Mix™ Universal Primer can be applied on interior and exterior structural surfaces (masonry, concrete, plaster, plasterboard) and where water-based acrylic and plastic paints are applied.
